Orders placed online before 3.00pm Monday to Friday with payment being completed successfully, will be dispatched the same day.
Orders dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day require a signature and will be delivered before 1.00pm weekdays to most destinations, for others delivery may take up to three working days and received by 5.30pm.
Orders dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (Saturday Guarantee) require a signature, delivery between 7.00am and 1.00pm. However there is an additional charge to pay for the service.
Orders dispatched with Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) require a signature and aim to deliver next working day.
Orders dispatched with Royal Mail International (Signed For) require a signature and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days in Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
Orders dispatched with Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets do not require a signature and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days in Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

At Everyday Hair and Beauty all products unless otherwise stated come with our thirty day guarantee. We will happily repair or replace faulty/damaged items free of charge providing the return meets with our T&C's stated fully under Customer Services. Notification should be received by Everyday Hair and Beauty of the problem within thirty days following receipt. All returns must be verified by us before return.
Products unwanted please contact within seven working days following receipt for authorisation to return to Everyday Hair and Beauty. All returned goods must be unused and fit for re-sale for an exchange or refund. If the item returned is damaged we will refund your delivery charge and your return postage costs. Mistakes with orders must be rectified within three days. For your own protection, it is advised to return products using registered postage facility as we DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods on return to us. This is the senders responsibility, and the sender must ensure that adequate insurance has been taken to cover cost of goods if they are lost or damaged on return to us. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Browse our on-line store by clicking on categories within the box at the top of the page, adding products that you would like to purchase to your shopping basket as you go. Finish and pay for your order using PayPal for safe transactions. Follow the instructions throughout the checkout process to finalise your order, once your payment details have been entered and the order is confirmed, your payment will be processed by PayPal. You should receive an instant email confirmation once your order has been submitted. If you don't receive your confirmation email, please contact PayPal. We accept cheques, postal orders, bank transfers, credit and debit cards. Alternatively place an order via the telephone by calling us on 0191 257 4000.
UK and International Royal Mail delivery prices are charged by the weight and value of the order. We ensure all orders placed are delivered to customers in the UK within two working days, depending on stock availability and destination.
Orders placed on-line before 3.00pm Monday to Friday with payment being completed successfully, will be dispatched the same day. Special Delivery Next Day orders should be received the next working day unless the order is made on a Friday then you will not receive the item until Monday. If order deadlines have been met by the customer we must allow up to four days for delivery for weekends, bank holidays and re-arrangement of deliveries for customers who are not home to accept their initial delivery. All items will be inspected upon return and must comply with the terms and conditions for a refund. All returned goods must be unused and fit for re-sale for an exchange or refund. The product must not have been removed from the internal packaging, opened or used due to hygiene reasons. All returns must be verified by us before return.

If hair extensions appear to be faulty, the fault must be reported to us within thirty days from the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. We require faulty hair returned in full for a thorough examination. Hair must be received within seven days of the reported date before any further damage occurring. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned and we will not refund or replace the goods. Refunds or exchanges for faulty hair extensions will only be given at the value of hair received.
Loaned colour rings, the customer is allowed up to seven working days before returning to Everyday Hair and Beauty. If not, a £10.00 fee will be charged. Loaned colour rings returned damaged must be replaced at cost price. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on colour samples.

You are entitled to cancel your order on the date of your purchase within seven days on the basis that your order has not yet been dispatched from the store.
All amendments to orders must be corrected within one working day of placing the order, following your confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order that has already been processed and dispatched.
Everyday Hair and Beauty will not be held responsible for the way in which you use the products purchased from our store. We do not accept responsibility for hair attached incorrectly, cared for incorrectly or is damaged due to processing, heat appliances, cutting.
Everyday Hair and Beauty recommend our "professional products" should be used by trained hair professionals. Instructions must be read before use and the correct colour match of hair is purchased, however other brands mention that the hair can be dyed which we do not agree to.
Please note, hair and fibre colours vary on computers, we recommend a colour ring (available on loan) or purchase colour samples to ensure you choose the correct colour shade.
All prices throughout our website are quoted in GBP (£). Card payments are processed immediately using PayPal secure transaction systems, Your credit/debit card details are not stored on any of our computers/servers. Never send your credit card details by email as it could be unsafe. Our on-line store includes a considerable high level of security which does not include email. We accept most major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UK personal cheques and UK postal order, made payable to Everyday Hair and Beauty Ltd, please remember to include your name, address and order number when mailing us your payment.
Items must be paid in full before an order can be dispatched. Credit/debit cards are taken instantly when an order is submitted therefore will be processed and sent out to you as soon as possible. Cheques may take up to 10 days to clear, once they have cleared in full we will dispatch your order. Orders paid by postal order will be sent as soon as the postal order is received.
VAT (value added tax) is chargeable at 20% on all purchases in the U.K.
